Loosen low pressure pumps...

Loosen all of your low pressure fuel pumps on side of motor, then squeeze bulb and it should get tight. Look to see if any fuel is leaking down from behind low pressure pumps. If so, replace them.

Had the same identical problem after replacing...

Had the same identical problem after replacing water pump on same motor as yours. Turned out to be poppet valve (pressure relief valve). Bought a kit from SIM for the poppet valve and problem solved.
