Not hard at all IMO.

Just give the THT community a two word explanation of the problem (no need to mention the brand or model) and one can get tens if not hundreds of solutions to said problem....

Completely normal for the gasoline level in that filter bowl to be where it is.

Pump the primer ball to bleed all air from the filter bowl. Go and use the motors. The fuel level will go back down...

And it is covered under the YES contract for a motor that is under a YES contract.

If a motor is out of warranty it cannot be covered under warranty....

The oil pump has a seal where the pump is attached to the block. Possibly just that seal needs to be replaced. The block does not need to be lifted.
