The new LED spotligths should be given a look. They don't put out the million candlepower ratings but I use one for lobster hoop netting and it's plenty of light to find my traps thoughout the night....

If I remember correctly the will read around 12.8 when fully charged, no charger connected. If you monitor them with the charger connected you want to watch the voltage increase to around 14.7.

It comes from both side, instigators and flammers. I bought my first boat last year and since it's a Trophy there are questions I just haven't asked on this site. Definetely nothing brand specific....
