A Grady Marlin would be a great choice. Biggest trailable Grady practically. There are some nice Pursuits out there as well. Lindell made an Ocean Sport that was 30-36 that was a nice boat.

I have GW 225 (now 235) with F250 and 9.9 kicker. With trailer around 7000#. I tow (only occasionally) with Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT rated for about 7700#. It does fine, so you should be great.
