You will need the signed MD title. Also good to have a bill of sale that lists the boat and terms of sale. Very easy in DE. DMV ( Deldot) has nothing to do with boat registration. DNR handles boats.

That boat did use wood. I bought one new in 97. Lot of bang for the buck when new. Mediocre ride in a tight chop. Never had any structural issues with the boat. Ran 42 with a single 200. Nice size...

Pretty sure you are overthinking this. Have the trailer shipped to the dealer or Kencraft and they will make sure the trailer is adjusted properly to the hull.

Just remove the motor from the transom and place it in the boat. Easy, not dangerous, and back in business in a few minutes.. Most if not all motors utilizing a sheer pin will way less than 100#.

Not all years have the test chirp when turning the key on.. Do a simple "ground" test of your overheat wire and low oil wire to confirm your alarms are working.

If its the same as Suzuki, you can get the hours off the tach when you turn the key on. Tach reading and blinking lights will indicate hours . Decipher code is in the manual. .
