Those are the new Harbor Freight ones. Myself, I'm not too impressed. I find the Lenox blades to be the best, but you have to match the blade to the material more carefully.

Unless the gel was crazing before, this isn't your problem. My bet is too thick of film thickness on each coat or over-catalyzed product. OR improper prep of the substrate.
