Looking at google maps I'm not sure, but is there a way to fish Tubbs without going around through the ocean? Reliable way in and out or will I get stuck as soon as the tide drops?

Trolled spoons for them Sunday around Indian island. I have heard of some being caught recently around there, but we didn't find any. Flounder are plentiful, lots of shorts obviously.

Haha, is that right? We fish the eastern end of the pamlico river and everyone out here is laid back and nice. I mean I wouldn't want anyone fishing on top of me but nobody ever gets angry about...

Nice. So looks like finger mullet or pogies on carolina rigs is the consensus. We are generally fishing jigged gulp but we'll switch over to live for this trip I think.
