Yes, go with the F150 four stroke with stainless prop.It is a workhorse. I bet you will get 4+miles per gallon and resale with be much better if you don't underpower it.

I have the 26/70 Island runner with Yam 4 strokes. Yes you do get water in rear wells when backing in seas, but has never been a problem. I like my Yamahas. A good friend repowered with Honda 150's....
