Funny to me you left out any kind of an apologetic portion of the response. It seems like that would be part of a customer service response, at least it is in any business I have dealt with.

Older chevys were 2-piece rear main seals and you would have to drop the rear main cap and likely loosen the others. The 6.0 is definitely one piece so no need to mess with the main cap or pan.
