Default wet suit for clamming

I live on long island and want to extend my clamming season. I clam with a small scratch rake and use my feet at the same time. I need a cheap wet suit that will extend my season another month. Will my feet be too cold if i don have booties? What do you guys think? What do you recommend?

I wouldn't go without booties, but that's just me. What is the water temp?

You might want to check with a local dive shop to see if they are selling used wet suits. It sounds like you do need booties which should not be too expensive to buy, even new.
