Default More order issues and NO response!

I placed an order on June 6th, supposed to be priority 3 day shipping and as of today, June 25th I have yet to recieve my order.

I have sent 5 emails inquiring as to the status and not a single reply. This has been a TERRIBLE experience.

Life is too short to deal with this kind of crap. I will be refuting the charges and I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Have you called them? I never have good luck with emails. A 2 min call can make all the difference.

These guys have screwed THT members for years. It's really a damn shame. I referred friends to them and was embarrassed at what crap they had to deal with. You can speak to them one day and feel that their good guys, then the next they don't take phone calls or answer emails.

I would never recommend them anymore. Perhaps they don't need THT members and are doing well regardless, but it's become unethical.

Screwed me around for awhile a few years ago. Chris should be a world champion dodge ball player, Dodge, Duck, dive, dip and dodge. Stay after them and you’ll get your stuff eventually. They really dint like negative Facebook and google reviews, that’s what got his attention for me.

Chris isn't a Bad guy and I don't think he means to avoid serving customers. But here is the deal in business, Unless your are Bass Pro shops or Melton selling reels allows a very small profit margin and discounting them really means you need super deep pockets and have to sell a ton of them to keep a viable business. You notice those two giants rarely discount reels. Also trying to compete with internet tackle whores who only sell online and have little to no overhead is a though road to run, almost impossible. The manufacturers are trying curb that. Chris catering to most guys on here are shopping for the absolute cheapest price on a 500-600 reel which is alot of money, but after showing someone a 10% discount and throwing in free spectra spool up there isnt shit leftover for the retailer to pay expenses. No body gettin rich but the big players.

His business, his business model. No excuse for not doing what you said you would and when. Over and over.

Why does THT(Internet Brands) keep them on here? When you have a track record of screwing people over, shouldn't you be banned?

This is no way meant to defend anyone - a return response is def in order but, I personally have been a victim of our USPS where I sold something on here and it sat for over a week in a USPS facility without moving
