Default 1998 Johnson 90spl

I have a 1998 Johnson 90spl, 20" shaft, freshwater motor off a pontoon, has new powerpack, new starter, carbs rebuilt, comes with alum prop, Binnical control, and 2 new16' control cables. I bought this to go on My Ohenry project but just realized when I went to install it I need a 25" shaft asking $2650 obo, located ne of Atlanta Ga

Clean engine! Good luck with the sale, someone is getting a nice engine.

Just an FYI, you can add a 5inch spacer to it to make it 25inch XL if you wanted to.

I believe it is approximately $5-600 total. Nice engine.

I used the Bay spacer on a 225 Yamaha, it worked perfectly for many years and was easy to install. A great product with no downside I am aware of.

I think your engine will use the 506 kit and expect it to cost $600 as well.

That would fit a 15 Whaler project I have going rather nicely. Can't come up with that much green right now. Assuming fresh water? Any idea of hours?
