Default Seastar steering kit

Where is the best place to buy a kit for a 19ft boat with a 140hp motor.

Since you have under 150 hp I'd look into the Baystar kit. It's rated for up to 150 hp and costs considerably less then the Seastar kit.

Had a baystar. Went out in 16 months. Seastar has now downgraded the baystar to 115 hp . Not a happy person as they will not address the issue /////////////////////

Buy Uflex, its the cats meow compared to Seastar. Too many upsets from Seastar...

Mike at International Marine has them in stock. Can also install if need.
