Default 2002 Suzuki DF140 - Parting Out

THT:

I have a 2002 Suzuki DF140 that I am parting out. Boat sunk at the dock and engine was pulled out and taken apart to clean up - decided not to put it back together (to much $$). Willing to sell individual parts, groups of parts, or the entire engine. Most everything is in good shape except as noted. Need to get this thing out of my garage so let me know what you need!

Many of these parts will fit 90, 115 and 140 HP Suzuki motors, as well as multiple model years of Evinrude. As of this writing, everything available except the ECU, sensors, engine harness, and some misc. parts.

Engine Details:
- Shaft Length: 20”
- Hours: 500
- Rotation: Standard

Sample list of Engine Parts:
  • Head - complete assembly $200
  • Flywheel $20
  • Stator
  • Complete lower unit (has planing fin attached) $500
  • Complete mid section with swivel bracket, engine holder, etc. (engine holder has the well known corrosion hold (it is only about 1/4" dia. and is very fixable) $300
  • 4 Piston/rod assemblies $100
  • Complete Block $150
  • Crankshaft $125
  • Camshafts
  • Timing chain
  • Lower cowls $100
  • Upper Cowl (has some severe scratches on the back side) $40
    • Etc, etc etc. . . .

More parts than listed here. Package deals for some or all the parts. PM me here or email Steve at: racehydro@aol.com

Thanks everyone![/LIST]

Back side of the cowling is fairly scratched up - no paint left and the fiberglass is dug up a bit. Still functional and could be repaired. Going cheap!
