Default New LIFEFORM-6 underwater LED lights! 7 LED colors 5 Fixture colors!!!!

We are happy to announce the new LIFEFORM-6 underwater LED light from Blue Wolf Inc. These lights are just plain awesome!!! This 6 LED underwater LED light is quickly becoming our favorite " Bang for your Buck" light. We have tested this light against other lights we have on display and the only thing that is obviously brighter is a shadow-caster SCM-10 which costs twice as much. At $319 this is definately the new leader in this price range! With 4 single color choices Blue, White, Green, Red and 3- 2 color choices Blue/Green, White/Blue, Red/Green there is sure to be a LED color for you. For the first time you now have a color choice for the fixture itself, the LIFEFORM-6 has 5 exterior color choices Coral Red, Sea Blue, Purple Haze, Electric Green, and Polished Aluminum! Finally you can have a light fixture that matches your hull color! Check out the specs below and feel free to contact us with any questions. We are accepting pre-orders and these units will begin shipping in September.

Here is a comparison photo of these lights and the Shadow-Caster SCM-10. As you can see the SCM-10 is wider but they are close in brightness! This was done in our back room so excuse the mess but you get the idea. I am working on a SeaBlaze3 comparison. Stay tuned. At half the price of a SCM-10 that is a pretty bright light!

OK here is the LIFEFORM-6 and the SeaBlaze3. Its not as easy to see in the pics but the SeaBlaze3 is Blue-er ( I know its not a word ) but the LIFEFORM-6 is a little brighter.

I put the LIFEFORM-6 and the SeaBlaze3 in the water behind my house last night and learned that I am no photographer. I dont know why but the glow didnt show up in the pictures. You can see the color difference a little bit and see that the LIFEFORM-6 is a little brighter in the pictures. It was a low outgoing tide so the water was pretty dirty but still the lights did pretty good. For some reason only the main beam showed up in the pictures but both of the lights have the same spread.

Well if you are going to mount a light on the running surface of the hull you will want the lowest profile possible to reduce drag and limit the chances of the light being damaged by debri in the water. There is no easy way to insure that debri wont hit the light though so that is something you will want to keep in mind. In this case a thru hull is prob best since there are more low profile options in the thru hull range. For surface mount the Shadow-Caster is the lowest profile I can think of for a surface mount underwater light, it is also the brightest for the money. Lots of options for you, feel free to PM, email, or give us a call and we can figure out what is right for you. thanks

If you order these lights in the two color version (example Blue / Green), when you run the light in a single color, do you get half the brightness that you would normally get from a single color light?

I have an integrating sphere to test these objectively. In your neck of the woods.

Yes, you only use half the LED's in the single color mode on the 2 color lights.
