Default WTB 25 Seavee/Whitewater Cap

I'm currently in the build process of my 1976 25 Seavee and the cap on my current boat looks to be beyond repair. The boat originally had a cuddy cabin on it and it was cut out by the previous owner so it was hacked up.

I know this will be tough, but looking for someone that may have a cap or know someone that has a mold for a 25 that I cap by a cap from.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Jose

LTB over on the West Coast. The owner Dooper Dold is a good dude. I sold my 25 Whitewater to my neighbor and he purchased a cap from Dooper. It was a perfect fit and was significantly more cost effective than trying to make a new cap.

I will give them a call too, I thought that the Competition was not the same hull as the older seavee's.

I talked to manny from competition about a cap for my 79 whitewater and he told me his caps donít fit the best on our hulls and do need to be modified to fit.

ive tried to contact latitude also and never heard back. So if you talk to them let me know how much they say for a new cap.

LTB does sell caps for that hull, if Iím not mistaken there in the 4500-5500 ballpark range.

That's helpful, thanks. I little pricey. I maybe better off dropping few thousand into my current cap and having it redone.

I agree. I cut just the front lip off my boat and for my fiberglass guy to rebuild it in a Seavee style is only $1500 and Iíll just plug all the old holes myself.
