35' Intrepid with twin 2006 Yamaha 250's (~1100 hours). Run fine, compression tests good (just surveyed), but we are thinking of just biting the bullet and repowering now. Boat presently in FL west coast. Wondering what the economics of that would look like - cost for engine/install, trade on engine, etc.? If we pulled trigger would be now (i.e., install ASAP).
