Default 2018 Motor rigging tearing down...

Have twin 2018 DF200 Suzuki’s and the rigging Gromet seems to be pushing and putting a lot of load on the rigging. Especially when turned hard right...It started to impinge on one of the bigger wires. I wrapped it up with heavy electrical tape but cannot find a replacement gromet at any dealers. HELP!
concerned it will eventually eat into the wire or even begin to bend my throttle cables. Not ideal...

Torn up gromet

Wire protector impinged when turned hard right.

Bad patch job just tears back to pieces when turned hard right...

The rigging tube might be cut to short and putting that extra strain on the grommet when turning, need to check that before fixing so it does not happen again. You definitely need a new grommet, that one is chewed up or was cut up. Call the shop, I have them here no charge to you, I end up with extras all the time.
