Default Trouble on Suzuki df90a trying to start

Recently bought a McKee craft 172 with a 2013 Suzuki DF90a. Purchased boat in Florida, it ran fine then, and just took delivery in St Croix USVI. Trying to start it here and and now having trouble. Seems like itís trying to start then quitting and getting 2 beeps. Then sometimes one beep. Then another attempt after checking some things and I have beeps and blinking check engine light on tach. Just put in new racor, and rewired helm, new starting battery switch etc. pretty sure no fuel or electrical problem. I tried to upload a video below please take a look and let me know why you think. I have a service manual on the way itís just not here yet and I want to get this thing moving.
Thanks everyone

Try starting it with throttle in neutral, if it fires up then stalls when returning to idle then you probably have a bad IAC. Also double check all battery cables and connections to make sure they are clean and tight, weak voltage will cause starting problems with the ecm on motor.

It started with some throttle in neutral and it ran but did stall when it went back to idle. I got it to not stall when I brought it back to idle super slow

I would say you have a bad IAC

Had a mechanic look at it today he agreed about iac I took it out and cleaned it although it wasnít dirty at all and cleaned a bit in the port also checked ohms over 1-2 2-3 4-5 5-6 all 32 ohms like it should be put it back together and same problem not starting and will start with some high idle but stall when brought back to neutral

You have to turn the screw.
