Default C10 Trim Calibration and Garmin interface

I recently repowered with a Suzuki 300 and hoping to get some help with 2 questions setting up the c10 guage.

How do i calibrate the trim display. Currently the era ge is from about 96%-100%. It starts to track engine trim a little bit before it is fully down. I have only been able to find the 24 page manual which doesn’t give any direction.

2nd question is what cable is needed to connect my Garmin echomap chirp 94sv to communicate with the C10 guage. I’d like to be able to pick up SOG specifically on the C10.

I’d like to use these functions to dial in fuel economy.

Thanks for the help.

Hello,
What year motor do you have? And is the down trim limit disabled? If so you will not read trim angle on an older motor, you must set a down limit again and it will start to read.
To connect your garmin you simply need a nmea2000 backbone cable, they come in different lengths, and a tee to tap it in. If you already have a nmea2000 network for the garmin then you need a power isolator tee and a backbone cable to connect the 2 networks together without sharing power.

It’s a 2013. I am not sure on the down trim limiter or was aware of that function until now.

Thanks for the help
