Default Right prop? Not sure

Have a 2014 zuk 250. Sits on a backet of a 2018 Privateer Renegade. Total weight around 5500 lbs. Motor came with a zuk prop 3 16 18 5r. Boat has 12×12 trim tabs. I've put about 140 hours on the engine. After reading some prop posts and im not sure if i have the right prop on.
at WOT 35kns 5400 to 5500 rpms. About 2/3 trottle. Have to keep trim straight dow 0 trim to keep from porposing. Will adjust trim tabs and bring down bow and then can trim out. Boat cruises best at 4400 to 4600rpms about 30kn. Hole shot a little slow but not concerned about it. Thoughts?

I believe you need to get around 6000rpms. Need to step down to a 17' prop.

Like mentioned, you need a 17p prop to get the rpm's up and better hole shot.

Also might want to make sure the engine is mounted at the right height, then look at props.
