Default Disconnecting Power Supply

Hello all. I'm about to take the main batteries out and charge them overnight. Is this okay to disconnect the power supply to the suzuki system overnight? This wouldn't upset any sort of ECU or computer would it?
Thanks

That is fine, nothing to worry about. The engine has an internal memory to retain settings.

Will it also retain the fuel settings on the C10 gauge.

Network has memory so fuel and other data is retained. Same as when battery master key is turned off.
