Default Suzuki SUZ-33830-98J11 Battery Isolator Lead Set

Hi:

I have 2 2017 DF200s on my boat. The boat has two main batteries and a house battery. The house battery is not currently being charged.

I see that you have SUZ-33830-98J11 Battery Isolator Lead Set in stock. I think that the easy way is to add a 33830-98J11 to each engine but that might not be the best method. so, what would you suggest would be the best way to wire all batteries so they are being maintained by the engines.

Thanks for you help.

You can use these leads in order to charge the house battery from both engines while maintaining isolation from each other, this is a great option. How was the house battery being charged before? Do your battery switches link them together or do you have an automatic charging relay by the switches? This would be another option, an ACR by blue seas or bep

Thanks for your quick response.

As far as I can tell, the house was never charged from the outboards, just the respective starting batteries. I find it rather unusual and need to investigate further.

I need to investigate the switches further, but definitely am leaning towards using the 33830-98J11 cables.

Thanks again.
