Default Furthest north you've encountered a bull shark?

Meant to be a fun thread. Hopefully experts here. Too many people mistake other species like sandbar(browns)

Off of NJ during Mako Mania 2015. Tourney was postponed until July 11. We won on day 2 but day 1 we had a bull release. 83 degree water if memory serves

We saw two small ones at the marina, about 4 feet long. Was'nt what they were till we caught one. They were small bulls. They hung around all summer and never came back. This was in new jersey.

The shark that ate New Jersey in 1916 is thought to have been a big bull shark. Between July 1 and July 12, 1916, five persons were attacked by sharks all along the Jersey shore from Beach Haven all the way up to Matawan. 4 of the 5 victims died. Some say it was a great white, but more likely it was a bull because it went far upstream in Matawan.

This was the basis for Peter Benchley's JAWS.

If you have only seen one of those hybrids once, may I suggest a trip to Asbury Park, N.J. in the summertime. You will catch your quota in no time ! You will need a BIG NET !!!!

Thought it was a trip on Frank`s boat that was the inspiration.
