I am the OP and canít count on both hands the amount of times Lee has been arrested since he scammed me and trashed my boat. He already had a long rap sheet back then (unbeknownst to me, bad move on my part) and has only added to it these last few years. Crazy that he hasnít been sentenced to any serious time!

He is just going to continue down this path until he is jailed for a while or has some other life changing event.

At the risk of being boring and redundant:

https://www.newburyportnews.com/news...2136e8c53.html

Lee Cwalina, 29, 292 Parker St., Twin Mountain, N.H., was arrested Friday at 9:32 a.m. and charged with driving after revocation/suspension for DUI, breach of bail, operating an uninsured and uninspected motor vehicle, not using an interlock device and a number plate violation. Officer Zachary Bunszell and Sgt. Patrick Smart made the arrest on Route 1.
-------------------------
So last Friday? 03.29.19? Breach of bail? He needs a bicycle....................

Our legal system is broken. Rinse, repeat and release after two weeks.

Sooner or later this reprobate is going to end up killing someone. Domestic violence, DUI, Assault/Robbery gone wrong....take
your pick. And when that happens the Criminal Justice system will be pointing at each other to place the blame for why this
useless POS drain on society was allowed to roam free.

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
