He should but he probably won't. Remember the a$$hole that spilled the coffee in her lap after getting it at the McDonalds drive through?

You'll get some dirtbag on the jury that thinks the yacht club has plenty of money (you know because the word "yacht" is involved) and its "only' $15K.

In the article he claims the metal walkway can get as hot as 120F. The parking lot gets hotter than that. Maybe he tried to sue over the parking lot and they threw that out first?

120F is not hot enough to cause 2nd degree burns. It's actually the recommended max setting for hot water heaters to prevent burns.

Yeap some scumbag ambulance chasing lawyer will convince the jury that his " poor client" is the victim.

Says he burned the sole(S) of his FEET, so genuis didn't learn after burning the first foot.

They breed and vote.....

I should also add that I broke my leg on a city boat ramp dock. Didn't get anything from that either.

Did that one time with a black Dunkin's Big One while in the car with the family. Burned the heck out of the frank and beans. My supportive family were beside themselves laughing.

At the time I did not realize it was my civic duty to bring suit, so I quietly suffered

Un&%$*believeable. Everyone wants something for nothing. Kind of like the jerkoff who cut his finger on a ryobi tablesaw and got 1.5 mill. They awarded it to him because Ryobi didn't have a brake like the saw stop. Too bad the brake mechanism would cost more than the entire POS Ryobi benchtop. Common sense is dead and there are a lot of douchebags who just want to cash in.

Oh man I just thought of a way we can all cash in. We can bring a class action suit against YKK the zipper company, what guy hasn't zipped it up to one degree or another.

The frank and beans comment spurred the idea, unreal.
