Default Used trailers?

Anyone know a dealer that sells used trailers? I'm looking for a trailer for a 25' CC. Any ideas of costs? I have only had a bunk trailer in the past, but I am not against roller trailers.

You're better off buying new. Worth the drive to Tilton, NH: http://traileroutlet.net/

there is guy in Mashpee, the boat brokerage that has used trailers but he is High as a kite with his pricing.... I priced a few 6K aluminum bunk trailers at the boat show and they were all around $3,600

But I will be going to Tilton as well when I have the dough, I wont mess around with used at the weight I am pulling.

I've bought new trailers from a place called North Atlantic Trailer Sales somewhere Metrowest. Grafton rings a bell. The trailers were brand new but at really, really reasonable prices. It's been a few years since I dealt with them and I can't find them online so maybe they're gone.

The price difference between new and used isn't that great and used trailers can nickel and dime you to death.

I forgot... Diamond Marine in East Haven, CT is another big trailer dealer. They may be closer to you than Tilton, NH.

I bought a Venture from them a few years ago. It wasnt an Owens and Sons, but it did what I expected and they were very easy to work with.

As far as used, scour Craigslist and start calling boat yards. I know a few in my area have abandoned trailers that they would like to get off the lot.
