Default 2021 Striper run reports

Good morning all,

I thought it would be cool to start a thread for people to check in with reports of striped bass and bluefish during the spring and fall migration.

Up here in Maine, I usually catch my first schoolies right around May 12th.

Who is catching already and where are ya at?

Tight lines and calm winds all.

A few reports of schoolies being caught on South shore of Long Island (Babylon area) but i think they are mostly holdovers. Bite is on in New Jersey and Hudson River, so they should be showing up in numbers in a week or two by me.

Waiting for my boat to get done with yearly maintenance or I'd be out there already.
