Default Mayflower ?

I know the Mayflower ducked into New Bedford to wait out the storm on it's way back to Plymouth. Local news said likely to stay until Thursday before heading on to Plymouth. Does anyone have more specifics as to when it's heading back? I'd love to see it sail (or even be towed) as it passed by this area.

Thanks

I understand it will be leaving New Bedford on Thursday a.m. - 3rd hand so don't bank on it.

My parents were wondering about the itinerary too because they are in prime viewing of the canal from their summer home.

Why isn't the media hyping this up and making some buzz about the details?

This looks like it supposed to head out Thursday to Newport for a few days, then back toward Plymouth on Saturday.

Because of updated Covid-19 restrictions between MA & RI, she won't be going to Newport but rather staying in NB until 8/8, then heading to Mass. Maritime before the final leg to Plymouth.

I saw the Mayflower off of West Island today. I believe the Jaguar tug was with her but she did raise her sails or
at least it looked that way.

On Monday, August 10th, the Mayflower II is expected

to make her way though the Cape Cod Canal and up

to her homeport in historic Plymouth Harbor

after being away for three and a half years.

The Mayflower II is planned to enter the Bay from the

Cape Cod Canal at approximately 1030 hours

and to sail near the Gurnet at approximately 1300 hours.

We thought you may want to make a boating day of it and join

the flotilla to welcome her home!
