The last week or two the gov made it mandatory for companies to report their medical supplies daily. Today Gov signed exec order to allow state police to commandeer medical supplies. They will use the information from those daily lists.

That covers pretty much 80% of all facilities at this point since everything is shut down. Sounds like they are raiding the independent surgical centers.

Then I'm not sure how this is legal under the constitution. You know, that whole Forth Amendment thing "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated..."

I'm not sure eminent domain covers personal property. Real propriety yes, but not the contents of the property.

The article I read quoted “supplies not yet donated...”. Am I missing something? Aren’t donations voluntary? I can’t believe how many people are ok with this. Not my fault the medical field was not prepared.

I can't put every detail in the title of the thread. I put a link to the facebook post and I copied the picture from the facebook post the the body of the original post. The picture has word for word exactly that. Did you read it?

The President should send the FBI and a convoy of trucks to confiscate the necessary items from uncooperative vendors. If they quit making them The Feds should commandeer their factories and distribution facilities.

If the suppliers don't like it. TS. They can file a complaint on the President's Twitter page.
