I went to old scantum last weekend and had a few small haddock. Some big cusk though. Only haddock I caught were between 200 and 220.

Default Dogfish and more dogfish

Went to stellwagen this morning, lots of life. Fished the NWC and NEC, deep and on top. Dogfish and lots of mackerel. No haddock. Winds picked up by late morning.

was planning to head out, but looking at the forcast I just couldn't. I ended up heading out to test a few small things on my boat. I NOAA said 2-3 20knt SW Winds, it was dead calm, maybe 7knts SW winds. Their forecasts can be so deceiving. Figure they are getting MILLIONS in taxpayers dollars they can get it right... I take there reports with a grain of salt.

Anyone else going out tomorrow? Looks like we've FINALLY got a brief weather window after the cold front passes tonight.

BTW, can someone tell me where The Curl at Jeffreys is?

Went out yesterday, less than 2 foot seas, slight breeze and drizzle. Late morning water lay down to less than 1 foot. Tuna fleet out in full force, no hook-ups just marked a few fish. I fished NWC from 150 to 250 feet, doggies out everywhere, after 6 hours came home with 4 haddock. Great day will be hauling out next week, gale warnings are out for the bank for the next few days with seas up to 16 feet. Weather has sucked this year just like last year, hoping for a better spring.

I’m headed out in the morning but I’m staying inside to see if there are still any bass around.
Went trout fishing this morning. Wailed them
