Default Cabin cushions in Massachusetts

The time has come to replace the V Berth cushions in my Fortier. It has been a good run since 1978 but blue vinyl is apparently no longer in fashion.

Anyone have a local suggestion for boat upholstery? I'm in metrowest boston, but happy to travel. I have the originals for use in templating the next set. Ideally, looking to go with sunbrella type fabric. Given the time of year I have no rush. A reasonable price would be nice as well..

I just did my own a month ago or so. Are yours on a wood backer, or simply cushions with a zipper (removable fabric for washing)?

Thanks everyone for some great leads. I'll start calling around tomorrow

INPLiberry:. Those look awesome. I'm just after simple cushions with zippers and a foam interior. (And have originals to template from). Want to do another set this winter?

These aren't zippered, they needed plywood backs so they are stapled (MUCH easier to make). I have 3 aft cabin cushions that were foam wrapped fabric with no zippers and that I paid to get done. It was just a local woman who is on disability and does some sewing work at home. She did a good job. Might be worth asking some friends and family if they know anyone.

Do you mean Bridgewater? Can't seem to find him, do have any additional info?

Thanks for any help!

Columbia Seat cover in Lawrence https://marine-upholstery-services.c...at-covers/585/ did my leaning post cushion and combing pads. They do a lot of classic cars there and (obviously) have a selection of marine vinyls.....but blue, not sure B^)

IMPLiberty - did you replace the foam or just recover it? I want to re-do the cushions in my cabin soon. Right now it's looking like Sailrite is the only place to find foam. I drove all the way in to Freddy Farkles in Watertown after they told me they had what I was looking for in the store and was told "oh we have to order it, we don't keep it in stock". I was ticked, never again. I miss Saftler's, they had everything.
