Default Tiara

To kick off our gallery this month, here's a panel for a '06 Tiara 4200 Open. It's crafted with our LuxMatte material, inlaid with a blue backlit Tiara Yachts logo, and perfectly fitted for a VDO Engine Display Unit. We are very proud to be able to deliver this level of precision mounting for the wide variety of brands, shapes, and sizes of instruments on the market.

We shipped this beautiful Freeman panel out this week. With stainless steel Bocatech pushbuttons on 1/2 Gloss Black Acrylic and backlit labels it is an extra shiny panel. And check out how clean that wiring work is on the back! Also on the back you can see the stud mounts, enabling a front side unblemished by any screws.

Default Pathfinder

Check out this Pathfinder Panel: It's got our Contura XIV switches- sleek, laser etched, customizable, backlight-able, and durable! The base material is our LuxMatte, which as you know is scratch-and-smudge resistant, glare reducing, and also extremely durable. This is one great looking panel that will out-last most boats.

Default Contura XIV Switch Covers

We've shown off a lot of panels with Contura II and Contura V covers, but a newer offering is Carling's XIV etched covers. They are etchable, backlightable, and more narrow than the Vs, making them a go-to for projects with switches close together. I think they look especially sharp on Matte black materials or our Teak panels like the set shown off below.

Default Regal Burl

Here's some shots of a cool Regal Burl panel set with both BlueWater pushbutton switches and Contura V Carling rocker switches. As you can see the pushbuttons take up less space and are well-suited for small panels... but the rocker switches are much more intuitive for functions like trim tabs. But no reason you can't use both!

Here's a very sleek panel we sent out today. This one is 1/2" LuxMatte with Blue lit resettable Bocatech pushbutton switches, a pair of 12v USB plugs, and blue backlit label and logo. I think the symmetry makes this one very appealing dash!

Default 5-20

We create panels of all shapes and sizes, but sometimes the smaller ones get fewer pictures. I wanted to share a two of my favorite smaller panels that got sent out last week that prove they don't get any less attention from the design and assembly teams.

This Catalina Yachts panel is a petite 4 1/2" by 2 3/4" on White Carbon Fiber on Natural panel material. It's got engraved labels and logo, backlit in a cool white by fiber optics. The tiny size of this panel made pushbuttons a perfect option since they take up the least amount of real estate- and also look great!

This Rossiter panel is part of a set made for one of our OEM partners. It's a tad bit larger than the previous panels at 4" by 5 3/8". It's a Matte Black on White core with a classic pinstripe and a custom logo engraved. Space was used to the max with four breakers and four white-backlit rocker switches wired into the design!

Default An Old Favorite

Most of our custom panel projects are just that- customized and one-of-a-kind. But this week we got to put together a uniquely shaped panel based on a previously completed project.
This iteration is Matte Black on a natural core, with an engraved logo in the center backlit in blue, and BlueWater 22mm pushbutton switches around the outside with etched and backlit labels. A USB plug at the bottom rounds (ha) out this functional and petite panel!

Have you got an oddly shaped panel you'd like designed and crafted for you? Give us a call at (843) 297-8348
