Gel formula clings for maximum mildew removal!Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover was voted #1 mildew remover of 2020! This viscous cleaner is formulated to cut through years of mold and mildew, leaving your vinyl seat cushions and rubber bumpers looking new. This thick, gel-like formula clings to vertical surfaces, allowing maximum dwell time so minimum agitation is required. Simply spray on, allow to dwell for a minute or two, and rinse off to reveal a clean surface. Use in conjunction with a brush for stubborn stains. Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover works great inside and outside the house too!

Stay away from BLEACH! While effective at removing mildew stains, bleach actually eats away at the vinyl, causing it to flake and peel over time. Even worse, bleach will destroy your vinyl seat cushion's stitching. Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover forgoes bleach and other caustic ingredients, instead relying on quality chemistry. Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover is not detrimental to the vinyl or the stitching.

Directions:
Spray directly onto surface and wipe clean using an old towel. Stubborn stains may require agitation with a nylon brush after allowing 3-20 minutes of dwell time. After cleaning, remove residue with a rag or strong jet of water from a hose. Once the material is clean and dry, apply Nautical One Mildew Shield for Vinyl to protect the surface.

Q. Does Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover contain BLEACH?
A: NO! Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover uses a complex formula comprised of sodium derivatives, emulsion stabilizers, surfactants, and a dispersant which enable the formula to wet the surface for uniform cleaning. This formula has excellent solubility in water which makes it rinse easily from the surface without leaving a residue.

Q. Why does Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover SMELL like BLEACH?
A. The reason why Nautical One Xtreme Mildew Remover smells like bleach is because the base ingredient is sodium hypochlorite which is used to make bleach.

Send me an email directly, or give me a call: info@mckees37.com or 888-840-8011 and I'll see where the package is. Most orders are delivered 2-3 days after being placed.

I just tried it on my T-Top and the bilge. Worked well. I wish I had a before picture. It did ruin a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. It may not contain bleach or damage threading but it will take the color out of some fabrics. The T-Top was not damaged. I also gave it it's annual treatment of Starbrite waterproofing.

I've been a user of the Marine 31 mildew remover and had a few spots on my leaning post it wouldn't touch. Tried Nautical 1 and it cleaned it as good a new. Very happy w/the result. As others have shown, be careful w/your clothes.

while they product claims it is not BLEACH, it does work to kill mold and mildew because, it is BLEACH!
per Wikipedia: Sodium hypochlorite is most often encountered as a pale greenish-yellow dilute solution referred to as liquid bleach, which is a household chemical widely used (since the 18th century) as a disinfectant or a bleaching agent. ... Sodium hypochlorite is the oldest and still most important chlorine-based bleach.

What would we do without Wikipedia?Which by the way is full of inaccurate information, but it is on the internet so it is true.

Sodium hypochlorite is a solid white powder, but is more commonly used dissolved in water. Solutions of sodium hypochlorite are commonly referred to as bleach, although household bleach also contains small amounts of several other compounds, including sodium hydroxide and calcium hypochlorite.

What ever it is it works better than anything else on the market.....including all the bleach products, so apparent their bleach is better than everyone else's.

By the way just wanted to say thank. you to Nick who contacted me right away after this post. Apparently they tried to contact me about shipping charges but it went into my spam folder and the email also was from a different company name which is the parent company so I didnt catch it. Because Im in Hawaii, the shipping costs is crazy but we are working on trying to find the best way to get it to me. Price of paradise. Its been great working with them and cant wait to use the product. I already use the other products for my automobiles.

I took the plunge and ordered some. I have some mold or mildew on my seats that I have tried to get off for a few years now... I will post some before and after pictures.
