Default Need reel repair

I have an Ambassaduer 7000i (Chinese, new in 2010) that needs work. Can someone recommend a repairer? Doesn't have to be local, just wanted to start here.

Thanks.

I've used Abu's service center a few times with good results. One year a couple of 30 year old reels needed parts but the parts were obsolete and unavailable.
For a situation like that Abu offered a considerable discount on a couple of new reels and I jumped on it.

Not sure where you’re located but Tochtermans in Baltimore is an option for local drop and pick up
