Default Watching 4th July Fireworks on Delaware river Penn's Landing

Curious to know if anyone watches the 4th July fireworks at Penn's Landing from their boat on the river?
I'm thinking of doing this since this will be a new perspective rather from onshore.
Which boat ramp is a good one to use since the fireworks at typically 9-9:30pm so the ramp would have to be open late to get back.
