Default Fishing The Lower Bay 2018

FinnedFanatic's 2018 Reports and Such

Well, that is another year in the books on the water of Eastern Virginia. 2017 really was a lot of fun! I marked off new species both inshore and offshore! Cold freshwater fishing was off the chain several times. Heck, I even made it out of the country once to wet a line!

Nothing but good vibes to the people I fished with the whole year! Very thankful for all of the good times in 2017!

MAY THE FISHING BANTER FOR 2018 BEGIN!!!

Feel free to comment, ask questions, share experiences and just follow along as I record my successes and failures fishing the Lower Chesapeake Bay and Eastern Virginia this year. Until the next time I see y'all on the water....

I think you jumped the gun a little bit with this weather. Definitely some good times last year, can't wait for the 2018 warm up. Happy New Year!

Lol....it may be mid summer (I hope!). Lotta work ahead, we got transom tore out. Now I have to get through all this winter work then on your boat full steam. Gonna slow till march now. You can fish with me anytime while you wait! Thanks for the patience! I will start a rebuild thread once we really got rolling

Ps- never got the bracket

Oh yeah, the Trout and Puppy Drum in Rudee were stunned and on the surface here in Rudee and the birds were picking them off left and right. I also saw one of the juvenile Eagles divebombing some Buffelhead's, that was crazy. Good luck with the seacraft, I would love to have Craig drop a new floor in my CV, I need to get him by take a look. The back part of Rudee is pretty much iced over right now

Can't speed up quality work...

The bracket made it to the terminal in P-Town. I'll pick it up and get it to you. Gotta see what you have going on anyways.
