Elizabeth river closure?
In Va Beach, want to runs south through the ICW . I was told there is a closure of the river due to a collision of a barge on a train bridge. I cannot find any info on line does anybody know if this is true ?

The only notice from CG sector Hampton Roads is the Norfolk Southern Railroad bridge #7 is stuck in the down position with a 7 foot clearance. No mention of collision.
