I get 5 views:

Mean Wave Period
Primary Swell Height
Significant Wave Height
Swell Period
Wind Wave

I typically just view Significant Wave Height AND Swell Period.

It is looking good right now. I am either heading out of OI or staying local and cobia hunting in the bay. If anyone plans on going out of OI let me know and maybe we can head out at the same time. I like to have at least one boat ready to assist leaving that inlet at 0 dark thirty!

It’s a narrow window for sure. Looks to get worse as you get further north. I’m thinking about a Saturday run from Rudee - 27’ CC. Anyone else?

I'm out of Ocean City MD.
I'm looking at windfinder and it keeps bouncing around for Sat as expected.
Sat, I'm hoping to do some nearshore trolling shoals and maybe fishing the jetty followed by work in the bay.
I "prefer" 10kts or less wind when I go out and Sat morning (right now) app is saying for OC Buoy 10kts 1.7ft/5secs for 11am building up after that.

If it holds here we will likely take a poke Saturday early. This is tip of the Bmore. As of right now Fishweather looks to match this.

Challenger, after seeing your post, I had just realized I still had a subscription to Buoyweather even though I had stopped using it. For me (inshore OCMD) its agreeing w/ Windfinder.

The thing is its showing next Saturday the 22nd as being good. This far out, that is the KISS OF DEATH to say its going to be good.

Debating the same thing. Had luck few weeks ago in the lower bay on cobia. But Its also been a month since I ran out of OI. Itching to get back offshore.
