Default Black Sea bass pay back?

Does anyone know when the decision as to what the closed season dates will be made?

Any info at all on 2019 sea bass season? My freezer looks grim...

Yep... I guess most people either donít care or donít know but supposedly the rec season will be closed for a period of time to make up for the February season. VSSA had a poll and supposedly submitted it to VMRC. I curious as to how it goes. I have a week off early June. Iím going to be upset if itís closed!

"An adjustment of the upcoming season was required to account for the February season we had. The initial thought was to just open the season later but several charter captains said that they already had trips booked for the opening and would like the May fishery. So, recreational sea bass will open as scheduled on May 15. It will be closed June 1-21. It will reopen June 22 and remain open for the rest of the year."

B, JMHO,,, many of us in Va are "shell shocked" by most of VMRC's decisions..

(Just my opinion, but how can one care, when it has been so poor sooooo, many years! - They are so "overly" pro - comm and anti- rec)
