    Hey Rick, Sorry about the delay just found this page and your messgae. From the deepest part of the V I came up one inch and drilled a pilot hole 1/4" diameter. Then drilled a 1" hole with a hole saw and epoxied in a piece of 1" OD fiberglass pipe. Mine came out about flush with the inside of the hull.

    I totally redid the rigging tunnel where it comes out of the floor. the aft end is very ;likely the source of much of the water in the hull problems. Poorly sealed by the builder. I derigged the engine and pulled all the cables out to redo mine. Been running a lot since last summer and checked the hulls about a week ago and totally dry.

    Fun little boats once the TV factory screwups are fixed.

    Swj, I have 2005 bay cat and I would like to put drains in the hulls.. How far up did you drill from bottom of hull? I have owned this boat since new it is a great little fishn machine..
