    The customer service is great. Only bad thing I can say is sometimes they are slow to ship new riggers. I have ran 2 charter boats in the past with them and have them on my own charter boat as well. I bought mine used and they had at least 300 charter trips before I bought them. I haven't heard anything bad about them from any other captains. In Illinos almost all the charter boats have switched.
    The guy is not new to the game. He used to own Vector Downriggers and sold it. The company he sold it to went under. The used vectors since they stopped making them sold for a LOT of money used. He started making new ones and everyone is switching.
    Traxtech I guess bought the brand and has the old design of the original vector but rather then a simple up down switch they have a entire keypad and it does all sorts of stuff. Not for me. I want simple. There are 3 possible issues that are easy to figure out. Motor, Switch, Breaker.
