I have not had the work done yet. I may wait till the end of the season when I pull the boat. If you look through that thread there were a couple of guys recommended who I have hear are good, but they are up in Gloucester, MA area. Not sure how far you are willing to travel. I had a couple of recommendations from my marina, including one who had severe hull damage and the boat looks great. I had my estimate from them and will probably have them do the work. That is Dion Yacht Yard in Salem, MA. Hope that helps and good luck with the Whaler.

Saw your post looking for a good fiberglas guy, who did you end up with and would you recommend him? I have some gel coat damage to my Whaler 17 and need a good gel coat / fiberglas guy in Bristol, RI. Thanks
