Understandable, this is why I asked your opinion. Thanks.
We will be doing our annual Santa through a friend who has truly created a massive group of elves.

I have been thinking about undertaking a small build for a while and feel like the ECO 18 [Marissa] would be a good project. I am a carpenter by trade but only built a tiny canoe from wood and epoxy.

I deal with a full service lumber yard that has a cnc machine and access to good plywood material. Should I ask Graham if he would be willing to send the cnc info. in lieu of mylars. It seems like it would save a step. They are a family owned business, and I have known the owners since we were kids so I feel like I could say with confidence that the plan would not end up "stolen".
I thought you would be a good sounding board before I approach Graham and or Carla.
    Hope all is well.

Na, we fill them with epoxy and they are fine.

Did not want to post to the 37' build thread since the owner is on there. When all those screws are put in to secure the bottom and sides it must take some integrity from the thin framing members. I get that the bond of epoxy takes care of rigidity but do all those unfilled holes ever come back to bite you?

It got me to thinking that a temporary sister frame could be used to receive the screws [or am I overthinking]
