    I have new reeds and a tracker valve. I just need to install them. I may just send them both regulators if there is no improvement.

    If you still have an issue on that Optimal might be regulator diaphragm or tracker. check with The Pelican Services they can help. Fixed mine for me last year and still going...planeing like new motor for a 1998
