    Hi Mike,

The boat has been good, no problems to speak of with construction etc. It's a light boat and really goes great on calmer days but as the chop builds up you do have to slow down and use the tabs quite a bit. I've been in some quite rough stuff in it and have never felt unsafe but a couple times I've wished I was back at the dock after a while. Mine is a 216, basically the same as the 220 they have now (I think they call it the 220 now? Not 100% positive). The price point on the boat was great and I'm going into my 6th season with it with no major issues. Last season I had a canvas enclosure made, which was a great addition. If you are in rough water and tab the bow down the big flare throws a lot of water out to the side and it can get pretty wet when the wind and your forward motion carries you into that airborne water, the canvas made that a non-issue. Overall I definitely recommend the boat, feel free to ask any more questions that occur to you.

    Joe

    Icemang,
I saw somewhere on here that you have a Tidewater in Westport. I am thinking about getting one in Cotuit, Ma. What can you tell me about it? I don't see too many on the Cape. How is the ride? Anything helps.

    Thanks,
