    I found an old post about Pro Line 240
    Looking at a 1998 model middle of the country and would like some advice.

    LED spreaders. Not going to post it on the forum but I had early Lumitec spreaders and the elements went out one at a time. They require a lot of cooling so you can't just replace the bulb in the 55w ones.
    I went with some from Tractor supply they don't seem to sell anymore. $50/each I figured they'd be throw away. They've been on the boat for few years and the paint peeled (like the other brands) but they still work the same and have been turned on for about 2 weeks straight in my yard to deter thieves.

    look for some beam width info as well as my lumitecs were too focused and made 8 bright spots on the transom and not a lot of scattered light.
