What number are you running on the jackplate and how much trim? I run the plate up to about 4 and give a lot of trim to hit 50 Normal running and level motor on trim 3 will put me in mid 40 range

I have the JL 6.5m in the front wall in the front the 6.5mx are larger and that step in the wall will be an issue. As for the electronics I have a 12" Lowrance in front of the wheel, but had it installed when built and they mounted both cup holder to the right side to make room. The stereo is mounted in the glove box with my VHF and I have a remote on the dash to run it. Thinking of changing to one of the newer styles that is the same as remote since I don't us CD's anymore. As for the prop that will take me sometime to get you the info. I have the boat on a lift and can't get to the prop to read it. I know it is a Powertech 4 blade. Call the factory and they will tell you which one as we changed from the orginal 3 blade merc prop and they send me this one. The boat wasn't designed to have a jackplate and this cause it to have a slow hole shot. The 4 blade helps this issue.

Do you still have the Shearwater 20 ? I am looking for some ideas on electronics installation , not much room to install the toys so I need some ideas. What size are the JL speakers you have installed in the front. I think you mentioned having the F150 can you tell me the exact model and pitch prop your running? Thanks for your help! Rob
