Mine's a 1998 SeaCraft, but no I did not replace. I had the deck off doing some reinforcing and tabbing inside and i inspected the tank. It was in good shape so I black tar epoxy coated it and left it alone. The tank on mine was glassed into place. I haven't had any issues and that was in 2011. If I pulled it apart again I would probably just replace it out of an abundance of caution but not because it was failing or anything. I frequently check my fuel water separators for any water which is what causes the interior of the aluminum tanks to develop pin holes. Each time I change them they are clean so I'm reasonably sure I'm ok.
