    I'm about to get into a formula project and I'm kind of just gathering information. I read your entire build thread and you did an amazing job. My first question is what I dimensions I'm looking for in a transom bracket. I'm hoping for a single 300 yamaha 4 stroke for power but I may have to settle for a 250 ox66. Thanks ahead of time.

    thanks for the offer on the bow rail ends....i appreciate it...i talked to a couple of machine shops and they said they could fabricate it but with the hourly rate even they agree its more of a pain in the ass than its worth...i bought a 6" piece of 1" stainless from one of them and a $5 metal cut off saw blade for my miter saw...i'm gonna take a shot at fabbing my own with a homemade jig...in the spirit of doing it yourself....
